Hello, I’m Valéria , a qualified Holistic Massage Therapist by the National Training Centre and a member of the ANMT – Association for Neuromuscular and Massage Therapists recognized by LAYA Healthcare.
I’m passionate about a healthy life style, and my therapist story started when I went to Thailand in 2009 enjoying the benefits of the treatments myself while taking the opportunity to do a massage course there.
Back in Ireland I graduated as a Beauty Therapist in 2013, working in Beauty clinics until May 2018, and since then I enjoy keeping my continuing professional development, attending new courses, refreshers, and learning new methods and techniques to offer a Holistic Massage Treatment to help balance your physical, mental and emotional wellness.
