The connection between you and the therapist is pivotal in ensuring a positive outcome of the process. When you “click” with your therapist, you and the therapist can focus on exploring thoughts, feelings and behaviours that may be causing emotional and physical distress. Together you will discover new healthier ways of coping and letting go of past experiences, enabling you to move forward with your life.

When you see a psychotherapist or counsellor you get to learn more about your mental health, how you relate to it, and how to look after it on a daily basis. You also learn about who you are as a person, and how your mind and body works and the relationship between your beliefs and thoughts and how you feel and behave.

What to expect once you complete the form?

Once you complete the form you will be contacted directly by our practice. In the call we will go through a series of questions where we will assess your needs, we will then provide you with the options available to you and together we will decide how best to proceed with your unique requirments.
