Training & Accreditation
Tracy is a Psychotherapist and Counsellor. She initially trained in Social Care in 1995 and subsequently spent two years on the Primary Teacher training B.Ed. in 1999 and now holds a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is a presenter, speaking on a variety of topics, including parenting, self-care, wellbeing, other mental health related subjects and is also a qualified Mindfulness Trainer for all ages.

With a strong influence from Dr. Susan Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), my approach is person-centred and integrative, also drawing on several other forms of therapy such as Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I also bring a wide knowledge of current neuroscience research in the workings of our brain, mind, heart and body connections.”
Tracy believes that while we know we can be hurt in relationship; she is passionate about our proven ability to heal in relationship.
Experience & Areas of Interest
Tracy works with individuals, couples and families and has special interests in neurodiversity, mental illness, anger management, PTSD/CPTSD, issues related to childhood trauma/abuse, family estrangement and sexual trauma. She has specialised training in the areas of Neuroscience, Relational Trauma, Anxiety/Stress management, Suicide Intervention, CBT and Mindfulness based therapy.
