Approach

I work from an integrative approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic models, including psychodynamic, person-centred, attachment-based, and behavioural. My approach is gentle, collaborative and grounded while still honouring the individuality of each person I work with. I’m also continuing my professional development in fertility support, personality disorders and suicide prevention, allowing me to offer thoughtful, informed care in areas that often need extra understanding and sensitivity. Above all, I aim to create a warm, safe space where you can feel truly heard, supported and empowered to grow at your own pace.

Experience & Areas of Interest

I have experience with a broad range of mental health issues including Anxiety, depression, addiction, personality disorders and self harm.

Together, we’ll build practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy communication, while also exploring the deeper patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Whether you’re looking to reduce anxiety, stabilise intense emotions, or develop healthier relationships, I’m here to support you.
