I am a certified Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner, trained in the
original method developed by Dolores Cannon. My background includes 30 years as a
Critical Care nurse and further training in holistic, animistic, and multidimensional energy
practices. This diverse foundation allows me to hold space for transformative healing with
professional integrity and spiritual depth.

Approach

My mission is to guide people on a quantum journey, a sacred act of remembrance and a
return to their inner wisdom, healing, and truth, reawakening the wisdom and healing that
already reside within them.
Through Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), I help clients connect with their
Higher Self, activating their natural ability for self-healing and transformation. With
experience in nursing, holistic practices, and multidimensional energy work, I offer an
integrative approach that nurtures mind, body, and spirit.
My QHHT practice provides a safe, supportive space for healing, guiding people to access
deeper wisdom, release energetic blockages, and realign with their true essence.

Experience & Areas of Interest

Since my 2012 awakening, I have walked the path of a land intuitive and multidimensional
energy worker. Through intense initiations and soul remembrance, I connected deeply with
Ireland’s sacred landscapes, the collective field, and the Cygnus Constellation, weaving
ancient terrestrial wisdom with innovative cosmic energies as I stepped into my true soul
purpose.
I collaborate with Ireland’s ley lines and sacred sites, gently supporting Earth’s spiritual
evolution, bridging the seen and unseen, and journeying wherever the work calls.
Honouring the land, spirit, and divine feminine guides my work. I have led women’s groups
at sacred sites and participated in international Shamanic and Druidic ceremonies,
contributing to global healing in this great cosmic shift.
