Online OnlyNorma is a fully qualified counsellor and an accredited member of the IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Norma holds a BSc (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College in Dublin. Norma has previously worked in the voluntary sector.
She provides a secure, warm and non-judgemental environment in which the clients’ natural capacity for healing, self-understanding and change is supported. Her approach is both humanistic and integrative. Norma draws on a range of modalities including person-centred therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic theory based on the individual needs of each client.
She has helped clients to navigate a number of issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, work-related issues, challenging relationships, health concerns, life changes, sexuality and grief and loss.
