Training & Accreditation
Kayrin is a specialist in sex and relationship therapy with over 12 years’ experience in the
field of sex and sexuality and 20+ years in Holistic Health Care. She is a qualified
Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist from the University of Middlesex and holds a
Masters in Sexuality Studies from Dublin City University (DCU). Kayrin is a registered
member of the College of Sex and Relationship Therapy (COSRT). She adheres to their
exemplary code of ethics which includes attending regular Supervision and CPD courses to
maintain a high professional standard as a Sex and Relationship therapist. Kayrin is sensitive
to cultural and religious diversity and provides a kind, caring, inclusive therapeutic service to
all genders, couples and relationship dynamics.
Approach
Kayrin can work with Clients individually or as a Couple with their partner or partners
who seek support with a variety of presenting issues. Such issues may include, but not
limited to:
- Rapid (premature) ejaculation

- Individuals and Couples sexual dysfunction or intimacy difficulties as a result of injuries, menopause, fertility treatments or illness e.g. cancer treatment
Kayrin through her own personal experience and education on sex, sexuality and
relationships fully understands the difficulties and sensitive nature of discussing sex and
relationship issues. With great empathy and warmheartedness she will provide a warm,
caring, non-judgmental safe space for her clients to express their thoughts and feelings
freely to allow therapeutic gains to flourish. Kayrin uses a person centred integrative
approach to psychosexual and relationship therapy drawing on various therapeutic
approaches such as Psychotherapy, Narrative therapy, Psychodynamics, Gestalt, Inner Child
work, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Attachment theory and the Imago
Framework. She will work collaboratively with clients and couples to decide on which
therapeutic modalities suits them best to make their transformative therapeutic gains and
achieve their desires and goals.
Experience & Areas of Interest
Kayrin has over 20 years’ experience in the field of Wellness. In 2003 Kayrin qualified as a
Relaxation Response Tutor and Wellness Programme facilitator based on the work of
Harvard’s renowned medic Dr Herbert Benson. She is also a sexual health educator and
taught sexuality studies on a Diploma Course for Autism for University Cork City (UCC).
Kayrin qualified as a Reiki Practitioner and Master in 2019. She finds this holistic training has
greatly enhanced her ability to be in tuned with clients and their needs. Kayrin has always
had an interest in the mind body connection and engaging with the whole person not only
for wellness also for education. This holistic educational journey began when she trained as
a Montessori teacher (3- 12r olds) in the St Nicholas Montessori College, Dun Laoghaire as a
young person in her twenties. Utilising the wisdom and knowledge received from her
therapy training and broad education in both life and college Kayrin creates a nurturing,
self-empowering, collaborative psychosexual and relationship therapy experience for
clients. She is dedicated and passionate about supporting others on their holistic wellness
journey to sexuality and relationship satisfaction.
Rates Per Session
Individual - €90 (Student Rate €60). Couples- €120 (Student Rate €80)
