Approach

“I use an integrative approach that combines many established techniques from several therapeutic modalities such as Person-centred, Psychodynamic, CBT and Compassion Focused Therapy. As every person is unique,  my approach is based on the client’s needs and preferences. I believe that the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client is a key element in therapy.  Therefore my first aim is to create a safe, non-judgemental environment where the client can feel comfortable to express their thoughts and feelings.

Experience & Areas of Interest

Anna has worked with individuals on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, grief, loneliness, relationships issues and trauma.
