Approach
“My approach is based on a humanistic client centred relationship, where I connect with clients to explore their deeper issues to help bring about a better understanding of past difficulties and behaviours. I believe that everyone is unique and using a holistic and compassionate approach, seek to develop and establish a therapeutic relationship built on empathy, understanding and acceptance, ensuring the client feels safe to explore any challenges they are experiencing. By remaining curious together, I help my clients find healthy perceptions of themselves, which strengthen their relationships enabling them to become their authentic selves, living lives of truth, creativity and freedom.”
