Training & Accreditation

I am a fully accredited member of the FTAI and ICP, holding an MSc in Systemic Psychotherapy.

I’ve also trained in EMDR, Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, NLP life coaching, trauma and GSRD.

Approach

Systemic psychotherapy recognises that we live our lives in relationship with others and that our struggles often make more sense when seen in this context. Whether working with individuals, couples or families, I support you in understanding these patterns and moving towards more balanced ways of relating to yourself and those around you.

I also draw on Polyvagal ideas, helping you notice how the nervous system influences stress, connection and wellbeing.

A central part of my practice is EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps the brain process trauma and distressing memories. EMDR reduces the emotional weight of past experiences, opening the way for resilience, calm and growth.

Narrative Therapy also informs my work, honouring your perspective and life story. Together, we explore the beliefs and experiences that shape you, while uncovering strengths and possibilities for change.

Experience & Areas of Interest

Individuals: I work with people of all ages facing anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, or a wish for deeper self-understanding. I also bring extensive experience with those in the arts and creative industries. EMDR therapy is often a key part of this work, supporting recovery from trauma and difficult life experiences.

Couples: As a GSRD-affirming therapist, I support couples of all orientations and relationship styles. Together we work on communication, conflict, intimacy, and rebuilding trust to strengthen connection.

Families: Drawing on a systemic approach, I help families improve communication, resolve tensions, and develop healthier ways of relating.

Parents: I assist parents in navigating family dynamics and building compassionate, effective approaches to parenting.
