Aisling Bruce

Training & Accreditation

Aisling studied psychotherapy and counselling at P.C.I College in Dublin. She also has qualifications in psychology and sociology and has extensive experience of working in the fields of adult education and migration and integration. Aisling adheres to the Professional Code of Ethics as upheld by the of Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and is an accredited member of the IACP.

Approach

Aisling works in a collaborative way with her clients to help them explore and understand troubling issues. She works primarily from a Humanistic and Integrative approach, drawing on range of therapeutic models and tailoring her work to suit the individual needs of each client.

 

Experience & Areas of Interest

Aisling has worked with a variety of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-harm, health-related issues, relationship issues, bereavement and loss, and trauma.
