What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese word, that means “life force energy”. When our life force is low, we become stressed and more susceptible to getting sick.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe form of healing and self-improvement. It is a gentle and hands-on therapy where the client remains fully clothed and lies comfortably on a plinth. The Therapist then uses their hands above or on the body to energetically sense for any imbalances.
