Approach

I am pluralistically trained. I have studied and can practice many different types of therapy (humanistic/existential/CBT/ACT/PCT/CT/RT). Working from a pluralistic approach with clients means we can use many ways of investigating psychological distress. The client is actively involved, using their insight and preferences to shape their treatment. My approach is friendly, non-judgemental and supportive.
