Abi’s approach is rooted in an integrative understanding of the mind–body connection. He combines somatic awareness, systemic perspectives, and mindfulness to help clients explore emotional patterns, release stored tension, and cultivate deeper balance and clarity.
Each session is uniquely tailored to meet the individual’s needs, creating a safe, trauma-informed, and heart-centred space for healing and transformation. Abi’s work invites clients to reconnect with their body’s wisdom and innate capacity for self-regulation and growth.
