Training & Accreditation
Sarah is a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist, accredited by the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and is a registrant of the Irish Council for Psychotherapy. Sarah holds a MA Psychotherapy and a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Approach
Sarah is a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist and employs different approaches and techniques based on what works best for each individual client. She aims to facilitate a warm, welcoming space where clients feel they can express themselves freely and be met without judgement.
Experience & Areas of Interest
Sarah has a passion for diversity and inclusion and also holds an LLM International Human Rights Law and a BSc International Development and Food Policy. Prior to embarking on a career in psychotherapy, Sarah worked for a decade in the non-profit sector, focusing on the rights of minority and marginalised communities, including aslyum seekers, refugees as well as the LGBTQ+ community. Following this, Sarah spent over three years working in the tech sector, managing and cultivating partnerships with non-profit organisations to guide online safety policies and features.
Sarah has a personal interest and specialised experience working with neurodivergent clients. Other areas of interest include: LGBTQ+, self-esteem, anxiety, relationship issues, and work stress.
