Approach

I am a neurodivergent-autistic chartered psychologist and psychedelic mentor. My personal and professional experiences in these areas form the foundation of my therapeutic approach. I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate a world built for neurotypical people. My goal is to support clients in developing a strong sense of self while also learning how to interact with the neurotypical world in ways that help them meet their social goals—without compromising who they are.

I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand their unique ways of processing and engaging with the world. Together, we explore practical strategies that support a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My practice is grounded in a humanistic perspective. I believe that healing begins when we feel safe, supported, and seen. I strive to create a welcoming, open space where clients can explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion.
