We invite you to explore our rooms, in our self-contained centre located in a beautifully restored Georgian Town House at 106, Capel Street, Dublin 1.

We have 15 exquisitely decorated therapy rooms, Carnelian, Turquoise, Moonstone, Alexandrite, Amber, Ayubowan, Amethyst, Chrysalis, Suriya, Metropolitan, Topaz, Cerulean, Sapphire, Phoenix and Xavier are available for short or long term use, suitable for individual and couple counselling.

Our goal is to provide a therapeutic centre of excellence that specialises in areas such as gender and sexual diversity, psychosexual therapy, migrant mental health and a wide range of different forms of therapy.

Professional and Peer Support

At Insight Matters, we believe in being a tribe. Together we want to provide an environment that is inclusive, caring and a safe supportive space that will help to support your journey as a private practitioner. We provide in- house training on various topics of interest and peer support. Professional advice and guidance is always available from our qualified Director Anne Marie Toole as well as extensive marketing and business support from Director Dil Wickremasinghe.

Security

At Insight Matters, the safety of our therapists is paramount. In case of emergency, you will have access to a number that can be reached day and night. Every evening our security officer is on site to ensure the safety of our therapists and clients. At most times, there will always be someone in the building with you and if any time you feel unsafe you can ring the number provided.

Housekeeping

Insight Matters has a housekeeping team that keeps the centre immaculately serviced twice daily.

In compliance with the Government and public health advice we have created and implemented the Covid-19 Safety Steps to ensure the safety of our therapists and clients.

The rooms are conveniently located on Capel Street just five minutes walk from the Luas station at Jervis Street and situated within numerous bus routes on O’Connell Street. Block booking and casual renters are welcome and rates are set by the hour, catering for all needs in the personal development and psychotherapy profession.
