I first discovered Pilates while working as an Air Hostess. My body was so achy and tired from
long hours and physical work, Pilates was the one thing that made me feel good in my body and mind,
I was hooked!!

I completed an instructor course 6 years ago and started teaching colleagues and friends, moving onto
group classes, duets and personal sessions.

Pilates is primarily Core based training, improving posture, flexibility and strength. My classes have a strong focus
on the breath aspect of this beautiful system of movement, leaving you feeling energised, clear headed and full of
vitality!!
