Training & Accreditation
Martin is a qualified counsellor & psychotherapist with a BSc Hons (Level 8) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from the Institute of Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy (IICP). Martin is a pre-accredited member of the IACP and adheres to their code of ethics.
Approach
Martin employs an integrative and pluralistic approach to his therapeutic practice, which allows the therapeutic journey to be tailored and optimised to the needs of each individual client. He aims to help his clients achieve self-actualisation, self-awareness, self-love, taking ownership of their lives and relationships, and working towards achieving their therapeutic and life goals.
Experience & Areas of Interest
Martin works with adults covering a wide range of issues including neurodiversity, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety, self-esteem , addiction, gender identity , sexuality , and day-to-day issues. Martin specialises in working with clients in the LGBTQIA+ communities, although not exclusively.
