Approach
I studied various theories and approaches to psychotherapy and I have a humanistic-integrative approach to my practice.
I understand “humanistic” as “holistic” – seeing each client as a unique person with inner potential for self-healing and self-actualisation. By “integrative” approach I mean that I draw on a range of different psychotherapeutic traditions including: person-centred therapy, psychodynamic, attachment therapy, somatic/body psychotherapy, existential and gestalt.
I work in a way that focuses on the mind-body connection appreciating the power of the unconscious mind, the wisdom of the body, and the impact our past relationships and experiences had on our present.
As a therapist I value connection, transparency, unconditional acceptance and authenticity
Experience & Areas of Interest

- depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders,
- low self-esteem and lack of motivation,
- loss, grief, breakups,
- sense of emptiness and the loss of meaning,
- issues with work and career,

- and those who are simply interested in self-development.
I also have a special interest in working with LGBT+ community.
