The Wellness Workshop is a day for you to take time out for yourself – it is an informal, relaxed and fun day focused on wellness. You will learn simple, practical and effective tools that you can use in your everyday life to monitor and manage your mental health. The workshop is for everyone as we all have mental health and we all need to look after it!
The workshop is facilitated by people with both lived life experience of mental health difficulties, and people with experience of working in various mental health arenas. The day runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm and includes regular refreshments and a light lunch. A comprehensive Wellness Workbook to support you in maintaining your daily wellness is also included.
There is no charge to attend a Wellness Workshop. Currently places are fully funded by the National Office of Suicide Prevention, the Iris O’Brien Foundation, our wonderful donors and our incredible fundraisers, making our Wellness Workshops accessible to everyone. We do suggest a voluntary contribution from participants on the day, but this is by no means obligatory
