“I work from an integrative approach drawing on different psychotherapeutic models, including psychodynamic, person-centred, relational and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).  As an integrative therapist I adapt my approach depending on the individual client to ensure that their needs are addressed.  I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore the issues you are facing.  Depending on the reasons you have sought counselling, I will work with you to prioritise where the focus of the work will be.  This may involve exploring some past events and how they are impacting on your life now.  Or it may also involve examining current issues of concern and I will offer support as together we explore new ways of understanding and managing these concerns”.
